Case No.26 of 2009 dated 03.06.2010 and quash the same to the extent it has declined the relief of difference in minimum wages due to the 12 workers as per the minimum wage notification and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to compute the minimum wages as claimed by the claimants for the period mentioned in their claim. 1/3
