This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.3(b) in Crl.MP.No.17082 of 2023 dated 30.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19563 of 2023 dated 05.09.2023 that the petitioner shall appearing before the respondent police once a week,i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter as directed by this concerned jurisdictional Court.
2. Though two years have gone, the respondent police has not filed the final report. Hence, the the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.3(b) in Crl.MP.No.17082 of 2023 dated 30.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19563 of 2023 dated 05.09.2023 that the petitioner shall appearing before the respondent police once a week,i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter as directed by this concerned jurisdictional Court stands relaxed. The petitioner shall report before the respondent police on receipt of summons.
