Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.21457 of 2007 dated 16.02.2010, which was modified in R.A.No.33 of 2010 dated 25.05.2010.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.21457 of 2007 dated 16.02.2010, which was modified in R.A.No.33 of 2010 dated 25.05.2010.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court dated 16.02.2010 in Writ Petition. No. 21457 of 2007 and 14.12.2020 in Contempt Petition No. 1890 of 2015 have been complied with.

3. Mr.Chinnadurai, learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the order of this Court dated 16.02.2010 and 14.12.2020 have been complied with and he has also produced the copy of the proceedings vide Rc. No.2692/GB-2(2)/2015 and C.No.A1/28558/2016 dated 21.12.2020 and he would submit that benefit has also been extended to the petitioner.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed.
