Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent i.e., Cycling Federation of India to take immediate steps to de-recognize the Tamilnadu Cycling Association as its member and affiliate from the state of Tamilnadu, consequently consider our association, Cycling Association of Tamil Nadu as the only recognized and affiliate member of Tamil Nadu to represent before the respondents and other authorities.
