Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Declaration declaring the amendment issued in G.O.(Ms.) No.155, School Education (A1) Department dated 03.07.2009 in Tamil Nadu School Educational Service as null and void and ultra vires of the Constitution of India insofar as the petitioners are concerned and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to distribute the post of District Educational Officer and equivalent post in Tamil Nadu School Educational Service between High School Headmasters and Higher Secondary School Headmasters on qualification wise, function-wise and on scale wise in order.
