ORDER

These petitions have been filed to call for the records relating in C.C.No.2632 to 2634 of 2017 on the file of the learned Special Metropolitan Magistrate (CCB, CBCID Cases), Egmore at Chennai and quash the same by allowing the Criminal Original Petition.

2. When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on record seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the cases.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that there was no interim order and the trial had commenced.

4. Recording the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel on record, the criminal original petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
