Respondent PRAYER: This criminal original petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore, on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.15548 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23406 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax that the petitioner shall report before the Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore, on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.15548 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23406 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15548 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23406 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
