ORDER
Earlier this Court dismissed the bail application of the petitioner vide order dated 12.01.2026 in Crl.O.P.No. 721 of 2026 on the following grounds:- Para 6.Considering the fact that the petitioner herein, along with A1, collected a sum of Rs.8.20 Crores and that only Rs.2.20 Crores have been accounted for, including Rs.56,00,000/- paid 1/4
through bank transactions, and no amount has been recovered so far and the investigation is still pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that A1 has approached this Court for granting bail and the matter was referred to mediation and for amicable settlement between the parties and several opportunities were given to the petitioner herein. 4.However, considering the fact that the petitioner collected huge amount though it is stated that he is also ready to mediate in this regard. The petitioner has not come forward with any material to show that how it will settle the issue and he is also not inclined to indicate the properties available with him for settling the issue. Hence, this Court is not inclined to reconsider the earlier bail order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 721 of 2026, dated 12.01.2026.
5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 13.02.2026 2/4
