This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to further investigate the First Information Report registered on the complaint given on 13.02.2018.

2.Under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. this Court does not have power to issue a direction to the respondent police as to how they should investigate the case, as that would amount to this Court encroaching into the domain of the police. It is always open to the petitioner to file a private complaint, if he is aggrieved with the investigation and the final report filed by the police.
