The criminal original petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Tambaram to conduct speedy trial in CC.No.1133 of 2012.
2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are totally eight witnesses and P.W.1 and P.W.2 have been examined so far. He would submit that the case has been posted on 01.04.2022, it is seen that C.C. is of the year 2012 and the final report has been taken up on file during the year 2012 itself. 3.In view of the above, a direction is issued to Judicial Magistrate - II, Tambaram, to complete the trial and dispose of the C.C.No.1133 of 2012 within a period of three months from 01.04.2022.
