Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records connected with the orders passed by the first respondent in K.A.No.007291/NP3/UI/K.O.N/07 dated 24.09.2007 and the orders passed by the second respondent in his order in K.A.No.EE/P/NP/U2/ K.O.N./No.320-3/2005 dated 08.08.2005 and quash the same and further direct the second respondent to restore the loss of increment in pay due to the sufferage of punishment to the petitioner within time framed fixed by this Court.

O R D E R
The petitioner, challenging the impugned order of punishment passed by the second respondent dated 08.08.2005 as well as the consequential rejection of the appeal by the first respondent vide order dated 24.09.2007, has filed the present writ petition.
2. It is reported before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pending the writ petition, the writ petitioner died and inspite of repeated efforts, they are unable to contact the legal heirs of the deceased / writ petitioner to get instructions.
3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as abated. No costs.
