(CR.NO. 1193 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify condition imposed in Crl.OP.No. 25873 of 2021 dated 29.12.2021 i.e to deposit a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousands only) to the credit of Advocates clerk Association, Cuddalore instead of Green Committee, Cuddalore and render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. OM SAI RAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.25873 of 2021 dated 29.12.2021 i.e. to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the credit of Advocates Clerk Association, Cuddalore instead of Green Committee, Cuddalore. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

It is his specific submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the order dated 29.12.2021, this Court directed the petitioner to deposit Rs.10,000/- in Green Committee, Cuddalore, whereas no such Green Committee is available in Cuddalore.

4. Mr.S.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police also conceded that there was no Green Committee, Cuddalore.

5. Hence in view of the same, the earlier condition in respect of deposit of Rs.10,000/- alone is modified as the petitioner shall deposit Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the credit of Adayar Cancer Institute, Chennai.

6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
