The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to call for records relating to the Crime No.306 of 2017, on the file of the Bhavani Police Station, Erode and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the Trial Court and it is yet to be taken on record.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
