Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to re-fix the scale of pay in the cadre of Junior Assistant at Rs. 8760 + 2000 (pay band with grade pay) instead of Rs. 5960 + 2000 Grade pay after regularizing his service as Junior Assistant with effect from 18.12.2002 apart from re-fixing his pay scale in the cadre Drawing Teacher/Art Master at Rs.8760 + 2800 (pay band with grade pay) with effect from 2.11.2009 the date when the petitioner joined and at Rs.9890 + 2800 + 750 (pay band with grade pay and P.P) with effect from 1.10.2012 after regularizing his service as Drawing Teacher/Art Master with effect from 2.11.2009 basing upon his last detailed representation dt 5.6.2013.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has been already complied with.
