The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the Respondents herein to return the properties (documents) forming part of Seizure Mahazar dated 26th March 2018 in Cr.No.06/AC/2018/CC-I dated 23rd March 2018 on the file of the 1st Respondent to the Petitioner herein.

2.The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though several documents were seized from the premises of the petitioner, certain documents are not relevant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the investigation. Since the law enforcing agency failed to return those documents, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the irrelevant documents that are not required for the investigation have been returned to the petitioner. 4.In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also made an endorsement in the bundle that the irrelevant documents forming part of Seizure Mahazar have been received by him and would submit that the relief sought for him has become infructuous.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
