Respondents Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the first respondent to investigate and alter the FIR dated 26.11.2014 in Cr.No.1082 of 2014 by invoking Sections 147, 326, 307 along with Section 506-II of IPC instead of Section 323 of IPC, as per the petitioner's complaint dated 01.12.2014.

O R D E R

For including Sections 147, 326 and 307 along with Section 506(ii) of IPC in the First Information Report dated 26.11.2014 in Crime No.1082 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent, the petitioner made a complaint on 01.12.2014 to the first respondent. Since no action has been taken on the same, he has come up with this Criminal Original Petition. 2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents has submitted that final report will be filed within a period of six weeks, and the claim made by the petitioner will be looked into on its own merits and in accordance with law.

3.The above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. If any offence under Section 307 IPC is made out, it is for the authorities to take appropriate action.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
