When the matter was listed for hearing on 18.10.2019, none appeared on either side. Hence, the matter was adjourned by one week. Subsequently, when the matter was listed for hearing on 25.10.2019, on that date also, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 31.10.2019.

petitioner. In these circumstances, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
