Prayer: Writ Appeals in W.A.Nos.600 to 604 of 2015 are filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent against the Order dated 06.02.2015 in W.P.Nos.2983 to 2987 of 2015 respectively on the file of this Court. praying to call for the records on the file of the respondent in its impugned proceedings made in TIN NO.33236243176/2009-2010, 2010-2011, 2011-2012, 2012-2013 and 20132014 respectively dated 18.12.2014 quash the same. against the orders of assessment passed by the respondent within a period of one week and he has also made an endorsement to the following effect:

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, these writ appeals are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty, as aforestated and in that event, the question of limitation may not be considered. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
