O R D E R

The Revenue Divisional Officer, Hosur is suo motu added as 5th respondent in this writ petition.

2.Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice on behalf of the impleaded 5th respondent.

3.This writ petition has been filed seeking for police protection based on the representation made by the petitioner on 04.10.2023. 4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the police have referred the matter to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Hosur under Section 145 of Cr.P.C., since claim was made by

two parties and there was a likelihood of breach of piece. This communication was sent to the Revenue Divisional Officer on 29.01.2024. 5.In the light of the above development, there shall be a direction to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Hosur to conduct the enquiry and to take a final decision, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
