..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the fourth respondent passed in his letter No.18290/A.Oo/1/2004, dated 22.04.2004, and quash the same and direct the fourth respondent to forward the application of the petitioner to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the same.

ORDER

Challenge in the present Writ Petition is an order of rejection of the petitioner's application sought for Freedom Fighters Pension, dated 15.12.2003.

The learned Additional Government Pleader for the fourth respondent by producing the death certificate dated 20.06.2010 would state that the petitioner died on 31.05.2010. 3.In the light of the above fact, this Court is of the opinion that no further adjudication is required in this Case. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
