JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by J. Nisha Banu, J) The present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed by the appellant/husband against the judgment and decree dated 13.06.2018 dismissing O.P.No.4130 of 2019 on the file of the VII Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai, seeking to dissolve the marriage.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant would state that they are not able to contact the appellant.

3. It is seen that the appeal is of the year 2019 and the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
