Crl.M.P.SR. Nos.2048, 2995, 5079, 9061, 14889 of 2024 and HCP.SR.Nos.62108 of 2023, & 1207, 2004, 7419, 7995, 8707 of 2024 S.M. SUBRAMANIAM, J., and M.JOTHIRAM, J., (Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) All these petitions have been returned by the Registry for compliance of certain remarks made therein. Inspite of such returns, the papers have either not been taken back by the concerned counsel/petitioners on the remarks of the Registry for returning the papers are rectified.

2. We are of the view that a last and final opportunity can be given to the petitioners to comply with the returns made by the Registry. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioners are granted time till 14.02.2025 to take the returned papers and comply with the same and represent it on or before 14.02.2025, failing which all the petitions herein shall stand automatically dismissed, without any further orders.
