O R D E R

The impugned order is in relation to the acquisition proceedings for the purpose of construction of Storm Water Drainage within the jurisdiction of Ambattur Municipality. On account of efflux of time, the Scheme itself had been completed and at this length of time, the grounds raised https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the relief sought for in the present writ petition deserve no further consideration. If any grievance exists for the writ petitioner, it is left open to him to redress his grievance in the manner known to law. With these observations, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
