O R D E R

The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to sanction and disburse the increments and other revised pensionary benefits payable to the petitioner, without delay pursuant to the proceedings bearing No.(P) 2 / 539/2010/F, dated 25.02.2010 passed by the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has been complied with in part.

3. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has died and hence, liberty may be granted to his legal heirs, to approach the authority concerned with a fresh application for appropriate relief.

4. Granting such liberty, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
