This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 582 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. Considering the submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, on payment of costs.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 27.11.2024.

5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it "for admission" on 28.11.2024, if the same is otherwise in order.

6. If the cost is not paid on or before 27.11.2024, this C.M.P. stands dismissed without further reference to this Court.
