CRIME NO.636/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to amend as the Satisfaction Court Judicial Magistrate-I, Attur instead of Judicial Magistrate-I, Salem in Crl.O.P.No.15311 of 2020 dated 29.09.2020.

The earlier order has lapsed by efflux of time. Hence, this petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh application.
