ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to furnish the entire proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A2/3712/2021 and order cancelling the Patta No.14137 issued in the petitioner's name in respect of the property situated at No.142 Palavakkam Village, Saidapet Taluk, comprised in S.No.36/1 measuring an extent 22 cents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

However, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the copy of the order dated 25.10.2021 passed by the Authority for mutation of Patta has been furnished by the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent. An Endorsement to the said effect is also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, as the copy of the Order dated 25.10.2021 has been furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner before this Court today, nothing survives for further adjudication.
