The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that pursuant to the filing of the writ petition an order was passed in Na.Ka.No.668/201/E2 which has been challenged in W.P.No.757 of 2019 and the same is pending. In view of the same the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
