2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 26.06.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 02.07.2021. When the matter was taken for hearing on 02.07.2021, once again there was no representation for the petitioner. In order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 07.076.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but so also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. .
