The application was filed for recovery of a debt of Rs.18,928.27 with interest thereon at 18% per annum. The Official Liquidator had calculated the total outstanding, inclusive of interest, at Rs.36,368.28 and provided the calculation sheet to the respondent.

2. At the hearing today, learned counsel for the respondent has handed over banker's cheque no.555871 issued by ICICI bank on 23.06.2025 for a sum of Rs.36,368.28. The said banker's cheque has been handed over in Court to the Official Liquidator.
