O R D E R

The petitioners, being members of the Panchayat, raised several allegations against the respondent No. 3, before the respondent No. 1, who is the Inspector of Panchayats. Earlier also, they gave a legal notice on 07.08.2015 which was preceded by prior representations. As no action is forthcoming on the part of the respondents, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned Additional Government Pleader for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent No. 3.

3. Considering the pendency of the representation made by the petitioners dated 13.11.2015 before the respondent No. 1, who is the Inspector of Panchayats, the said authority is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 13.11.2015, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondent No. 3.

4. With the above direction the present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
