Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to dispose the petitioner representation dated 22.6.2013 within the period fixed by this Honourable Court and consequently direct the respondents follow due process of law while evicting the petitioner.

ORDER

This writ petition is heard through Video-Conferencing, on account of the COVID-19 pandemic situation.

2. The writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2013.

3. The representation specifically states that, it is purely a civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent and therefore, the first and second respondent cannot interfere in the matter. Admittedly, the third respondent has filed a suit in O.S.No.764 of 2013 on the file of II Additional District Munsif, Puducherry against the petitioner herein.

4. As it is a civil dispute and the parties are already before the Civil Court, it is open for them to get appropriate remedy in the suit itself. As there is no necessary for issuing any direction to the first and second respondent, the writ petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
