Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records of the impugned order passed by the respondent, vide Ref.No.PU/ESTT/NT8/2016-17/248, dated 06.03.2017 and to quash the same, and consequently, to direct the respondent to regularize the service of the petitioner from the date of initial appointment as lecturer on par with the regular faculty with all monetary benefits.
