Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should report before the respondent police station every saturday at about 10.30 a.m. imposed by this Honble court in Crl.OP.No.18550/2020 dated 09.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition 6(c) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18550 of 2020 dated 09.12.2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18550 of 2020 dated 09.12.2020.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition 6(c) already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18550 of 2020 dated 09.12.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
