The petitioner was, at the time of filing of this Writ Petition in 2008, aged 35 years. She has challenged the rejection of her application for the post of Noon Meal Organizer and the appointment of the third respondent in that post.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly and rightly state that in view of the elapse of time that the Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous and thus there is no point in the petitioner pursuing the same any further. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the aforesaid, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
