L.Vijayalakshmi v. K.Balasubramaniam
A.No.6592 of 224 in C.S.No.374 of 2021 K.KUMARESH BABU,J.
The Registry has raised a doubt that with regard to the fixation of initial remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner in respect of the suit schedule properties. It is to be noted that an learned Advocate Commissioner was appointed by this Court earlier and the learned Advocate Commissioner has also filed his Report indicating that the suit A-Schedule properties from items 1 to 7 are indivisible and therefore, this Court had appointed a new Advocate Commissioner to carryout the sale of the suit schedule properties in Schedule-A. In view of the same the last line in Paragraph 8 is modified as follows.
Considering the fact that the suit Schedule Item Nos.1 to 7 of the Suit A-Schedule properties are different, this Court fixes the initial remuneration of the learned Advocate Commissioner as Rs.25,000/- for each of the item in the suit ASchedule mentioned properties. 07.03.2025 Gba https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
