This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.640 of 2012 on the file of the third respondent police, for offences under Sections 306, 492, 420 I.P.C., as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the third respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.640 of 2015 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.46 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dharmapuri.
