Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS calling the records of the detention made in C.No.58/G/IS/2015 dated 12.11.2015 passed by the 2nd respondent, the Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore city to set aside the same and direct the respondent to produce the detenu before this Court and set the detenu C.Raja @ Kozhi Raja at liberty who is confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore.
