Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarired Mandamus to call for the records of the proceedings of the Assistant Executive Engineer, (Agricultural Engineering) Kancheepuram in Se.Mu.A.A.No.1266/17 dated 18.07.2017 and his letter No.E.1097/2017 dated 25.09.2017 addressed to the Assistant Executive Engineer (Agricultural Engineering) Ponneri, Thiruvallur District and the consequent Memo of the Assistant Executive Engineer, (Agricultural Engineering) Ponneri, Thiruvallur District No. E/1097/2017 dated 13.10.2017 ordering recovery of Rs.2,99,860/- from the petitioner's pay in monthly instalments of Rs.12,000/- or otherwise as it has been excessively fixed to the petitioner in 2006 and subsequently and paid to the petitioner upto July 2017 and quash the same and direct the respondents to pay to the petitioner as hitherto paid https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

upto July 2017 as fixed by the authorities and not to recover Rs.2,99,860/- or a part thereof from the Petitioner's pay. For Petitioner : Mr.T.D.Mohan Ram.
