ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondent police to take further action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.10.2019 (CSR No.396/2019), investigate into the complaint.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner before the respondent police, the respondent police was issued CSR No.396 of 2019. Thereafter, the respondent police completed the enquiry and the same was closed on 17.11.2019 itself.
