2. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. Pursuant to the order dated 19.06.2025, the learned Principal Judge, Principal Family Court, Coimbatore, vide its report bearing D.No.465 of 2025 dated 21.06.2025 stated that three months time would be required to dispose of the HMOP.No.757 of 2022 finally.

4. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed with a direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore to dispose of HMOP.No.757 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of mediation report, after affording opportunities to the parties.
