PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his Na.Ka.No.7943/2002/A2 dated 14.10.2004 and the consequential notification published in the Dharmapuri District Gazette Extraordinary No.12 dated 14.10.2004 by the first respondent herein, quash the same as illegal and contrary to law and issue consequential direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to discharge his functions as President Jerthalav Village Panchayat in accordance with law.
