Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records in connection with the impugned Notification of the 1st respondent dated 23.5.2013 in G.S.R. 332 (E) published in Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-Section (i) dated 23.5.2013 suspending the manufacture for sale, sale and distribution of the drug 1/4
Dextyropropoxyphene and formulations containing Dextyropropoxyphene for human use so far as the petitioner is concerned and quash the said impugned notification of the 1st respondent.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the impugned notification imposing ban has been modified by the respondents by publishing another fresh notification No.GSR 367 [E] dated 13.04.2017.
2.In view of the fresh notification, no further adjudication needs to be taken in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
