(Order of the Court was made by N. KIRUBAKARAN,J.) The period of leave granted b this Court is extended till 25.03.2020. The detenu shall comply with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court on 28.02.2020 till 25.03.2020.

2. Though the relief sought for is granted, the issue regarding the mechanism by which applications for marriage of the life convicts could be made and whether consent of the bridegroom has been obtained and whether the bridegroom has wilfully consented for the marriage with life convict, has to be verified by the officials of the Tamil Nadu State Commission for Women, who are present before this Court, and report before this Court as this Court would like to get guidelines from the said Commission. The Commission is also at liberty to make suggestions in that regard.

3. Post the matter on 03.04.2020.
