ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the husband of the detenue - Pappathi. Alleging that she has been missing along with her child, a complaint was given and thereafter, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that the detenue did appear before the 2nd respondent police and give a statement that in view of the difference with the petitioner she has been living with her brother.

3. In view of the above, we do not find any illegal detention involved and thus, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
