These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 2806 days in filing the petition, to set aside the order of abatement caused due to the death of the 6th respondent Kanaka and to bring on record the respondents 9 to 11 herein as legal representatives of the deceased 6th respondent and rank them as respondents 9 to 11.

The appellant filed application to implead LR's of the deceased 6th respondent as proposed respondents 9 to 11. This Court had given ample opportunity to file a copy for issuance of notice to proposed respondents 9 to

11. Even till today, the petitioner/appellant did not take any steps to issue notice to them. Accordingly, all the three applications stand dismissed. 3.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as abated as against the 6th respondent.
