A.No.690 of 2024 in O.P.No.486 of 2023 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J, This application has been filed by the applicant to issue a commission for recording the examination in chief of the 1st respondent in the Original Petition as attesting witness and to present the affidavit of consent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, filed in support of the application, this application is allowed. 4.Ms.A.Shanmukasundari, Advocate, Enrolment No.1834/2009, No.367, Additional Law Chamber, Madras High Court Building, Chennai - 600 104 (Cell No.8925624710) is appointed as the Advocate Commissioner to record the examination in chief of the 1st respondent in the Original Petition as attesting witness and to present the affidavit of consent. The initial remuneration of the Advocate Commissioner is fixed at Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) and the same shall be paid by the applicant directly to the Advocate Commissioner. The Advocate Commissioner shall file her report on or before 08.03.2024.
