2. Learned counsel for appellant informs that the dispute between the parties has been settled amicably. He seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission and endorsement, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
