ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioners based on the false complaint and thereby direct the police not to interfere in the civil dispute during the pendency of the suit in O.S.No.131 of 2012 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Villupuram.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The matter pertains to the property dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the respondents are directed to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.

4. In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
