This Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the second respondent's proceedings Ka.No.003846/558/Nipil/E5/2008-1 dated 27.10.2009/ 31.10.2009 and quash the same and direct the respondents to provide employment to the petitioner any one suitable post under compassionate ground forthwith.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
